The volumes of this series – focusing on social anthropology and history of peoples living in the Lake Chad region – have been distributed by us on consignment for the Centre for Trans-Saharan Studies of the University of Maiduguri, Northern Nigeria.
Due to the political circumstances in this region, we have to assume that we are not going to receive further manuscripts for this series in the near future. Thus, the series has been completed by volume 4.
