How to Order
Our publications are available in Europe and overseas via international booksellers. Alternatively you can send orders directly to us by using the following fax form (before printing, please mouseclick into this frame). If paying by credit card, please state clearly your sixteen-digit credit card number, expiry date of your creditcard, and the three- or four-digit card verification number (placed on the back of the card following the credit card number).
In Europe your orders are delivered free of postage charges. Using airmail to destinations outside of Europe entails an additional charge (see form for details). Should you prefer shipment by surface mail, please allow up to 7 weeks transit time. If ordering several books or copies at once, we offer special conditions; for further information please contact us via E-Mail or fax.
